In addition to any specialist areas of training required, all staff have completed an RQF (NVQ) or equivalent in care or will be working towards completion within their first 12 months of employment.

Emma, the Founder & Care Director, began her career aged 16 as a Carer and has since progressed steadily through the care sector. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the care industry ranging from residential care, hospital and community settings helping the elderly, mental health needs, learning disabilities and the physically disabled.
Emma has achieved many different qualifications in Health and Social Care - NVQ levels 2,3,4, Leadership and Management in Care Services and has achieved her QCF Level 7 in Strategic Management.

ApproCare was founded in 2013 by Emma after caring for her terminally ill Father as well as her terminally ill Mother in Law in 2011 and 2012, it was then she realised she wanted to use her own professional qualifications and personal experiences to set up ApproCare.

Her exceptional drive, dedication and determination sees her making a real difference to the lives of the individuals under her care.
